DALLAS, TX, October 2, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Susan S. Wanamaker, Student at Southern Methodist University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in all aspects of higher education.

Currently enrolled at Southern Methodist University, Ms. Wanamaker is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in International Studies (with a regional specialization in Asia), as well as minors in both Latin American Studies and Cultural Anthropology. In addition to her academic career she has previous and continued professional experience with the Economic Club of Chicago, where for three years she has had the opportunity to work closely with executives of Fortune 500 companies.

In her spare time, Ms. Wanamaker attends various concerts and events honoring her great-great grandfather, composer Sergei Rachmaninoff. She is also involved with the Van Cliburn Foundation, where she has volunteered to host participants in the upcoming Young Artists' Competition in Ft. Worth. Ms. Wanamaker credits her success thus far to her strong work ethic and networking skills, and looks forward to completing her education in 2009.
