A certified hazardous materials technician, Ms. Jackson received her Master's Degree in Music in 1987, her Bachelor's Degree in Music in 1986 and her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 1984 from Bob Jones University. Aside from aspiring to advance into a management position, Ms. Jackson is a classically trained vocalist who has performed at the University of Alabama on various occasions and wants to teach vocal lessons.
