Ms. Lemmon specializes in managing labor and employee relations, leadership development, coaching and project management. As program manager, she is responsible for providing strategic and operational direction to the leadership development programs, including recruiting, job rotations, performance management, coaching and developing and leading cross functional training sessions. As HR Functional Learning Leader, she is responsible for creating an enterprise wide strategic learning plan and identifying and implementing learning solutions as well as developing competency models for HR. She became involved in her profession because of her interest in human behavior and motivation theories and her passion for labor relations. Ms. Lemmon considers her commitment to continued learning to be the most gratifying aspect of her career and attributes her success to her hard work and personal drive. She is a graduate of Raytheon's HRLDP (2003), member of Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems' (IDS) President's Culture Initiative (2006) and recipient of IDS' first annual HR Excellence Award (2006) for superior leadership and results. She volunteers for the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of America. Ms. Lemmon received her Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois in 2001 and hopes to become a Human Resources Vice President in the future.
