Sandra created The Fifes and Drums of Prince William the Third as an adult music ensemble comprised of educated professional Fifers and Drummers. Since its inception in 1998, The Fifes and Drums of Prince William the Third have provided performances of patriotic music and education relative to the music of The Revolutionary War period of American history.

Educational programs have enhanced the studies of colonial history in elementary schools in Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina.
