Ratajczak, Caterer for Kickin' It Up Catering, LLC and Supervisor for Watson Laboratories, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in catering services and laboratory supervision.

Ms. Ratajczak's love of cooking inspired her to launch a full service catering company to provide catering services for birthday parties, showers and other special events. She is also a microbiology lab supervisor and received her Master's Degree in Biology and Environmental Sciences from Western Connecticut State University in 2006.
