DENVILLE, NJ, April 24, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Daniel DiNubila, Manager of Associate Training Development for Automatic Data Processing, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of management.
Dinubila has 35 years of professional experience and 22 years in identifying training, development, and testing needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resource departments, designing and developing training and testing programs based on both the organization and the individual needs, managing costs of planned programs and maintaining within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program, working with teams to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organization such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level, developing effective induction programs and conducting appraisals. He started his career as an educator of higher learning for six years at Fordham University and attributes his success to his hard work and determination.
In 1979, DiNubila received his Ph.D. in Romance Languages from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Master's Degree in Finance in 1983 and his Master's Degree in Spanish in 1973, both from Fordham University and his Bachelor's Degree in Classical Languages from Iona College in 1971. DiNubila is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
