American Offshore Powerboats is the premier place to purchase excellent, high quality offshore boats, lake boats, and equipment. Their lineup of performance deck boats extends the defining American Offshore experience, one that has continuously grown since its introduction. Using only the finest bi-directional fiberglass and vinyl ester resins with a Baltec edge grain balsa core, American Offshore is one of the few boat builders that takes the time to bond the deck and hull together with fiberglass to create a unitized construction that is more durable and less likely to flex and break. The company carries the finest designs of boats, as well as everything from bare hulls with interiors, to gauges, controls, and upholstery, and turnkey boats, and customers can have their dream boats customized in just 10 weeks on average.

Receiving a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Villanova University in 1963, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering at Lehigh University in 1965, Mr. Di Nicolantonio is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
