Canfield Cub Scout Pack 115 Kicks Fall 2018 Off With a Bang

Cub Scout Pack 115 Hosts Pack Mini-Camp, Welcoming Girls And Boys Into Their Family Scouting Cub Program



    CANFIELD, OH, August 11, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Canfield Cub Scouts Pack 115 is wrapping up a fun-filled summer program and getting ready to welcome existing and new members at a unique Meet the Pack Mini-Camp on Wednesday, September 12 at Camp Stambaugh in Canfield, OH.

"When youth and parents join Scouting, they join to be a part of something fun, unique and to get outdoors," says Canfield Cub Scouts Pack 115 Cubmaster and Eagle Scout, Pat Kelly. So, Pack 115 is opening up its first meeting of the year with a fun, outdoor mini-camp.

This year is going to be exciting for Pack 115 as they join the Family Scouting movement, and will be welcoming both boys and girls into the Pack as members.

"I am very excited about the opportunities this opens to our family and the memories we will make, life lessons we will learn and the time we can spend together," said Pack 115 parent, Renee Smail.

The Canfield Cub Scouts Pack 115 Wednesday, September 12 mini-camp will include time for existing Pack members and prospective members to get to know each other and have a great introduction to the Canfield Cub Scouts Pack 115 outdoor program.

Activities will include learning about safe BB and Sling Shot range practices, fun outdoor games and a String Donut Challenge. Meet the Pack 115 Mini-Camp is open to the whole family, and will also include a parent FAQ Session. An RSVP is appreciated, but can me made at any time, including the afternoon of the event.

Cub Scout Pack 115 (http://canfieldcubscouts.com) runs a year-round program serving girls and boys from five years old to fifth grade in a family-friendly Family Scouting Cub Scouts program.
