Tuscany Pointe, located off Collier Boulevard just north of Vanderbilt Beach Road, marks EHC's first project with new client DR Horton.
EHC's scope is earthwork, lake excavation, rock excavation and crushing of rock, import fill for grading, and sodding for over 60 lots. In addition, EHC is providing roadway construction which includes subgrade, curb, asphalt, and pavement marking.
