Executive Publishing Honors Debra Stella

Executive Publishing would like to honor Debra Stellar for over 20 years of expertise in the manufacturing industry.



    FORT WORTH, TX, September 29, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Debra Stellar has been working in the sign manufacturing industry for more than twenty years and in marketing and sales for more than thirty. She is recognized by her peers as a sales management and branding expert and has received numerous awards for her contributions to the industry.

Ms. Stellar sought a career in sales while employed as a receptionist and realizing that being part of a company's sales force provided greater means to support her five children. She gave herself a timeline, and with determination and a desire to succeed set out to develop the necessary tools and skills for a successful career in sales. Two years ahead of her self-imposed deadline she began her career selling lumber in Oklahoma. She also enrolled in the University of Oklahoma and took classes in business and psychology to help propel her career forward. After working in lumber sales for ten years she moved to Texas to pursue greater sales opportunities.

In Texas she began working in the sign manufacturing industry. She developed national accounts for Southwest Neon Signs from 1995 to 1998 and for Tandy Sign Systems in Arlington, Texas from 1998 to 2001. She then joined Kieffer | Starlite, a full service sign company that offers sign design services, manufacturing and installation services. At Starlite her career flourished and she was recognized for her business savvy. She became Director of Sales and Marketing and focused on building a strong national sales team, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing marketing solutions. After 16 years at Kieffer | Starlite she left to become Branding Consultant for Comet Signs, a national sign firm that is dedicated to creating signs that bring their customers' brands to life.

Debra Stellar's clients include municipalities and companies in the private sector. She is committed to providing her clients with impeccable service and uses her marketing and branding expertise to help them design signs that are reflective of who they are and what their company represent. Additionally she applies her industry knowledge and expertise to ensure signs meet regulatory standards and adhere to municipal codes and ordinances.

Stellar is a member of the Texas Sign Association and served a three year term on the association's Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Susan G Komen Foundation where she volunteers when time permits.

She plans to work in the sign manufacturing industry until she is seventy years old at which time she will retire and write a book.

Debra Stellar is a huge sports fan and enjoys watching football and basketball. She adores her seven grandchildren and treasures the time she spends with them.
