"While you are there enjoying the food, animals and art, you can tour our new shipping container business park," says Ron Sturgeon, owner and local developer.
FORT WORTH, TX, March 10, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- If you love showing off your furry friends, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss. The Graffiti and Street Art Festival in Fort Worth will be hosting a dog costume contest on March 17, 2018, so grab the paw-fect costume and let your dog shine. The only rule is to have fun and get as creative as possible.
The Graffiti and Street Art Festival will be held at Box Office Warehouse Suites, a new business park in Fort Worth that is made entirely out of converted shipping container buildings. Ron Sturgeon, owner of Box Office Warehouse Suites and local real estate developer is passionate about dogs and helping when possible, so when the opportunity to tie in an art festival that benefits animals with his shipping container business park presented itself, he took it. "We want everyone to bring their dogs to the festival in costume," Sturgeon added. "If you don't have a dog, SPCA of Texas will be there with their mobile adoption vehicle full of dogs looking for a new home. They will also have an information table where event attendees can learn more about SPCA of Texas volunteer program, the foster program, and upcoming special events. And hey, while you are there enjoying the food, animals and art, you can tour our new shipping container business park."
And indeed, it will be a day full of entertainment for the whole family. The Graffiti and Street Art Festival will be a one-day event with live bands, live entertainment between bands, free hot dogs served by the actors of one of the sponsors, Hangman's House of Horrors, drawings for prizes, face painting for the kids and local arts and crafts vendors.
The arts festival will be held from 11 A.M. until 5 P.M. on March 17, 2018. Sturgeon wants to make sure everyone knows dogs are welcomed at this event. Bring the kids, bring the family, bring the pets and have fun. Get to know this growing community and don't miss out on the festivities. While the winner of the Dog Costume Contest will enjoy a basket full of goodies, other prizes for the festival include an hour drive in a St. Patty's Day themed Lamborghini Huracan, courtesy of Dallas Car Storage, a $100 gift card to Ulta, or 3 months of free rent at Salon and Spa Galleria, and of course, a chance to win 3 months of free rent at Box Office Warehouse Suites.
So, whether you are looking for something fun and local to get into, are curious about shipping container conversions, searching for commercial real estate properties throughout Tarrant County, looking for a new furry friend or appreciate graffiti and street art, this event is one you do not want to miss.
Early registration for the Dog Costume Contest is not required, but the pet must be present at the festival to qualify for the prize. Judging will take place on-site.
