We need to accept that education must begin to focus more on human values and sustainability

The student recruitment campaign of 'the junk food burger comparison' puts it out there: Beef: From an industrial corporate-controlled farm versus grass fed cattle beef from Irish pastures; Lettuce: Grown under synthetic light and robot harvested versus organically grown in the backyard; Tomato: Genetically modified and ripened artificially versus ripened under the Mediterranean sun; Cheese: Made from milk enhanced with supplements versus locally produced with untreated milk; Bun: Mass-produced with added sugar and amino acid versus home baked with love by grandma. - What is your choice?
The campaign recently launched on social media, has already generated an increase in enquiries by 500% compared to the same period last year, encouraging the SBS Communications and PR Department to produce a series of ads based on this theme.
