As a real estate agent for Re/Max Classic, Mr. Mariscal specializes in customer service and real estate management. He is responsible for assisting clients in buying homes, working with sellers and helping them with negotiations and relocations, assisting clients in negotiating short sale transactions directly with mortgage lenders, assisting investors to grow their real estate portfolios and assisting mortgage servicing companies during the current economic crisis by helping them manage and sell their real estate-owned assets. After gaining experience working in the mortgage arena at Countrywide, he went into the real estate field. He began in processing and advanced to the position of loan officer. Mr. Mariscal has completed college coursework and is a licensed realtor with the State of California.
