Leading provider of silo cleanout services and products will donate a Junior 360H Whip Machine for university's innovative feed mill training program

We are proud to donate one of our JR360H whip machines to KSU to further enhance this state-of-the-art training facility

MARIETTA, OH, January 19, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mole-Master Services Corporation, a leading provider of silo cleanout services and silo cleaning equipment, plans to donate a whip machine to Kansas State University during the IPPE trade show, to be held January 31 through February 2 in Atlanta.

Representing the university's unique feed mill training program, Dr. Charles Stark and his students will receive the Junior 360 degree during a special presentation at Mole-Master's booth.

"We have worked hand in hand as instructors with Kansas State and Dr. Charles Stark's Feed Management program since we first met them at IPPE in 2013," said Michael Bailey, national sales manager for Mole-Master. "We have trained many students with hands-on experience using Mole-Master equipment. Now, we are proud to donate one of our JR360H whip machines to KSU to further enhance this state-of-the-art training facility."

The Junior JR360H features a 5" diameter hydraulic cutting head that is the smallest in the market. To clean out blocked silos, qualified silo cleanout specialists lower the cutting head into the silo from a top entry hatch, and the quickly rotating head clears away hardened debris. The small cutting head allows it to fit into extremely small flow channels, or "ratholes," without losing any power or cleaning capacity.

IPPE is the largest annual trade show for the poultry, meat and feed industries. It's expected to attract 1,200 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors to this year's event.

Based in Manhattan, Kansas, KSU has been a leader in grain science for more than 100 years. Stark is the Jim and Carol Brown Associate Professor in Feed Technology in the university's Grain Science and Industry Department. He also is the faculty coordinator of the new O.H. Kruse Feed Technology Innovation Center and Cargill Feed Safety Research Center.

Mole-Master is a leading manufacturer of specialized silo cleaning equipment and Safe-T-Shot blockage removal systems as well as a trusted provider of silo cleaning services. Visit to download a copy of the equipment brochure and to learn more.
