In this role, he helps to provide home care services, particularly oxygen and respiratory products for people with breathing disorders including asthmas, bronchitis, sleep apnea, thrombosis, and snoring, as well as other illnesses which may inhibit breathing. He founded the company in 1989 as HomeCare GmbH, later selling it to Messer Griesheim and staying on as director.
Mr. Peschel began his career by earning an Associate's degree in 1987. An expert in the field, he is affiliated with a number of professional organizations, such as the AARC, ATS, and ERSA. Throughout his career, he has developed and patented several inventions, including an individual noninvasive nasal ventilation mask, a therapy device called VibraVest, which is a high-frequency chest wall oscillation vest, and an oxygen wound care product named O2-TopiCare, which is now sold by his company, OxyCare Medical Group.
