Phillip Mastrofrancesco Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

    Riverview, MI, January 13, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Phillip Mastrofrancesco, Executive Director of Mastrofrancesco AFC Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in community based care delivery.

Mastrofrancesco AFC Inc. has been providing residential care services to mentally impaired and developmentally disabled adults and children as well as older adults for 26 years. Currently, the non-profit organization, which is run by Phillip as the Executive Director, operates eight residential care homes, housing approximately 43 people, and also includes a Community Living Support and respite services Program. Mastrofrancesco AFC Inc. has achieved two three-year CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities) Accreditations since 2004 and plans for the future include diversification of its programs to begin actively serving other populations, as well as developing a rehabilitative clinic for those with traumatic brain injuries and a long-term care facility for the aged.

Executive Director Phillip Mastrofrancesco oversees the organization and utilizes his expertise in residential program management, program development, information management systems, quality improvement and accreditation management to ensure that Mastrofrancesco AFC Inc. continues to grow and provide essential services and innovative and effective solutions to the challenges facing children, adults and families in Michigan.

Phillip Mastrofrancesco is the recipient of the Employer of the Year Award and the Community Provider Award from The Arc, Inc, and the Provider of the Year Award from Behavioral Health Professional, Inc. and the Monroe Community Mental Health Authority. He attributes his success, and his passion for caring for others, to his mother.
