The company will continue to be known as Victory Real Estate, with the Southern Retreats name dissolving at the end of 2014.

The merger is adding approximately 60 properties to Victory's list, for a total of 300 rental properties combined.
As this merger progresses, all current employees will be retained, as well as adding several new positions. As mentioned, while growth is expected, the company is committed to retaining the personal touch customers have grown to expect.
