Further, Dr. D'Agostino is a statistical consultant for the New England Journal of Medicine, the editor of both Statistics in Medicine and the Encyclopedia of Clinical Trials, and is on the editorial board of the journal Trials. He has also published more than 700 professional articles and co-authored 11 books, and has consulted for organizations like the Food and Drug Administration (also he is a Special Government Employee) and the FBI, among many others. Dr. D'Agostino prepared for his illustrious career by earning a Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1968, and a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in 1964 and 1962, respectively. Additionally, he maintains affiliation with groups such as the American Statistical Association (ASA), American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Public Health Association. He is a fellow in the ASA and AHA.
