Realityworks to Unveil New Animal and Plant Science Learning Aids at National Agriculture Education Conference

More than 65,000 agriculture students and educator will see one-of-a-kind models for the first time

EAU CLAIRE, WI, October 20, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Realityworks, Inc. will unveil over a dozen interactive models for agriculture education at the 2017 National FFA Convention and Expo in Indianapolis, IN on October 25-27. Created to teach students the anatomy and systems of animals and plants, these teaching tools feature large-scale, removable parts and lifelike details. The conference will be the first chance for many educators to interact with these unique tools in person.

"It's more important than ever to ensure that today's agriculture students are engaged and successful," said Realityworks President and CEO Timm Boettcher. "These tools give students the chance to interact with realistic models of animals and plants that many don't see in person every day, and they help instructors create innovative learning environments and provide valuable career exploration opportunities."

Realityworks' animal and plant science learning aids feature a veritable "barnyard" of teaching tools, from large animals like cows and horses to smaller animals like chickens, cats and dogs. These interactive tools give students a realistic look at internal and external animal and plant systems in a form that captures their attention and keeps them engaged. Many feature removeable parts and all feature lifelike details. All products include curriculum and activities.

Realityworks will also feature their line of welding and trades products. This includes the guideWELD VR welding simulator, which enables students to practice welding in a safe, virtual environment; and the guideWELD LIVE real welding guidance system, which provides personalized feedback on basic welding techniques during live welding. It also includes the Electrical Wiring Kit, a one-of-a-kind tool that eliminates the creation of potentially dangerous electrical situations and gives immediate insight into why problems occurred.

The National FFA Convention & Expo will be held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN from October 25 - October 27. Realityworks' products and programs will be on display at Booth #2056.
