PITTSBURGH, PA, October 18, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Steve Day is proud to launch his book "Downhill- The Building of Fast Moving and Healthy Startups." This book is an essential book in development entrepreneurial and organizational philosophies of speed and great culture. It covers 10 major topics that startups face, both internally and externally. It provides case studies and study questions for each chapter, which makes the book very friendly to the education marketplace.
The book draws heavily on experiences in startups, whereas the result would or could have been much different, if the recommendations in this book were followed. The two central themes are that rolling a bolder downhill is significantly easier than pushing one up the hill. This is the equivalent of working harder and harder for less success as opposed to scaling a business to grow faster with less effort over time. Volume 2 is envisioned in 2018 to discuss more specific case studies that amplify the recommendations of volume 1.
