Funny thing is, The Barn was never meant to be office space rentals.
"When we first purchased this thirty-two acre site, our goal was to build about a quarter-million square feet of commercial/industrial office space," Sturgeon explains. "That's just the way of the world in commercial development, out with the old and in with the new. But then we started looking around at this great barn, at its character, at its unlimited possibilities, and we decided to scrap the original plans and go for something unique like executive suites surrounded by some serious ambiance."
