Supported by a 15 years of industry experience, Dr. Choi currently serves as a research assistant professor at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology's School of Computing, where she started in 2017. At the start of his career, he worked with the Information Security Technology Research Institute and SK-Infosec Co. Ltd. From there, he lent his expertise to numerous security management roles for the National Computing & Information Agency, KAIST, and Korea Polytechnic University.
A graduate of Hannam University and Chonnam National University, Dr. Choi holds a Bachelor of Public Mathematics, a Master of Computer Science, and a PhD in Information Security. Throughout his career, he has contributed his knowledge to such articles as "cooperation suggestion for detecting malwares in websites." In the coming years, Dr. Choi intends to experience the upward trajectory of his career, as well as the expansion of his research.
