LODEV, an IT company serving the cultural industry, recently announced its launch of a smart ticketing solution called "TicketBox6(lodev.kr/ticketbox)".
ANYANG, KOREA, June 10, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Now, ticketing procedure for concerts and shows becomes easier in Korea, without having to pay reservation fee or register to become a member.
LODEV, an IT company serving the cultural industry, recently announced its launch of a smart ticketing solution called "TicketBox6(lodev.kr/ticketbox)", a convenient ticketing service which does not require registration to buy tickets.
With TicketBox6, anyone can make reservations for shows and purchase tickets with a mobile phone. Even the payment has become easy with its simple payment system.
By having TicketBox6, there is no need to purchase the tickets on the web site. This type of service has been available for large-scale multiplex movie theaters, but not for other types of cultural events like plays, musicals, and concerts. The audience had to get the tickets reissued at the site, making it time-consuming and bothersome.
The tickets can also function as gift icons, making it a perfect gift to give to others. And what's better is that all this can be done without having to pay extra fee. Registration is an option, not a requirement.
The concert companies and concert producers can use TicketBox6 as a CEM (customer experience management) marketing tool with the data it has collected.
They can use this app to deliver its campaigns, events, early bird specials, and sales information to the users of the service. The companies can strategically analyze the customers by collecting the data for statistics, profiling, status research, and prediction.
Unlike the previous PC-based ticketing system, TicketBox is made with responsive web technology so that it can be used in all smart devices. Also with its fast memory DB system, the ticketing processing is fast without lag. It is the first ticketing solution in Korea to receive GS (Good Software) certification.
Kang Yu-hee, the CEO of LODEV, said, "With TicketBox6, we would like to see users enjoy concerts more, and also help the concert companies and producers to come up with better ideas to stimulate the market."
