LOS ANGELES, CA, June 12, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- King Ice, a hip hop jewelry online retailer, was featured in Psy's new music video "Hangover." Psy, the international YouTube sensation, teamed up with hip hop artist Snoop Dogg, also known as Snoop Lion, for his latest song and music video. Best known for the record-breaking video "Gangnam Style," Psy is back with another catchy song and outlandish music video. The new video was released on June 8. In three days, the video has accumulated over 39 million views. For King Ice, it's another appearance of many of Snoop Dogg flaunting their jewelry.
The "Hangover" video follows Psy as he takes Snoop Dogg on a tour of South Korea with plenty of drinking and dancing. The video ends with the artists walking off at sunrise. It's this closing scene where Snoop Dogg can be spotted wearing multiple King Ice chains. In the video Snoop Dogg shows off three lion themed necklaces from King Ice. Since changing his stage name to Snoop Lion in 2012, the hip hop artist has been an ambassador for King Ice jewelry.
In 2012 Snoop Dogg was presented with a King Ice pendant featuring Magnus the lion, the company's logo. Since then the rapper has worn King Ice jewelry in music videos, television appearances, performances, photo shoots, and other events. Recently, Snoop Dogg wore a custom King Ice owl pendant in Jason Derulo's music video "Wiggle" which has garnered 35 million views in three weeks.
