LONDON, ENGLAND, October 26, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thistle's Parc hotel, located in the centre of Cardiff, is proud to announce the appointment of Iain Inman as the new executive chef of its restaurant, The Social. Bringing with him a wealth of experience, the talented chef will be supporting local suppliers; sourcing high quality products from the region to create his new and unique fine dining menu.
Iain's new menu includes a series of Welsh dishes with a contemporary twist, such as the Grilled Rib Usk Valley Beef with Double Dragon Ale Sauce, Lemongrass Panacotta and Green Tea Sorbet.
With 15 years in the hotel and leisure industry, including positions held at two rosette winning restaurants; Pennyhill Park Hotel and Albannach Bar, Iain is set to bring his foodie flair to Cardiff, firmly placing The Social as a top gourmet restaurant among Cardiff hotels.
