TEMPE, AZ, June 12, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC, a nationally recognized leader in community association management and accounting services for clients throughout the United States, announced it has opened its fourth office in the Phoenix metropolitan area. In the same building as the company's headquarters, the satellite office is located at 1600 West Broadway Road, Tempe, Arizona.
Growth in AAM's client base represents the primary motivation for expanding its facilities. With a diversified team of 12 to 14 managers to start, the Tempe office will expand its staff by seven additional managers as its client portfolio grows.
Pam Hilliard will oversee the new location as director of operations Tempe/Tucson. Her background includes nearly 24 years in management positions related to homeowner association management, commercial management, rental property management and real estate. With AAM for nearly eight years, Hilliard started with the company as a community manager. She soon moved into an area manager position where she mentored, trained and supported community managers.
"My primary goal for this office is to continue to raise the quality of service we provide our clients," said Pam Hilliard, CAAM , director of operations Tempe/Tucson. "I'll also focus on building a stronger team of managers who will work closely together to reach that goal."
