Ms. Stelling has 18 years of overall professional experience. As the managing director, product development, she is responsible for the development and implementation of business solutions for airport employees, vendor partners and customers. Solutions encompass policies and procedures, training, technology and project/portfolio management for airport operations and personnel. In addition, she oversees customer service and brand delivery for airport employees and vendor partners. In her role, she is also responsible for strategic business decisions, organizational and system problem solving, implementation of corporate business objectives, cost control and revenue generation. Ms. Stelling also works with the Lehigh University admissions office alumni outreach program. Prior to joining Alaska Airlines, she worked for The Boeing Company. In 1991, she received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
