How To Look Your Best In England's Surprise Sweltering Summer

With news that this summer will be the hottest summer yet in the UK, how will people prepare their bodies?

MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, May 08, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- www.CosmeticSurgeryGuru.com asks if Brits are ready for the warm weather ahead?

The grey, dreary weather is not unusual for the UK and neither are the complaints from the country's residents. This year, however, there isn't a whole lot to complain about. Experts believe this summer will be the hottest on record and will feature temperatures that will frequently exceed those in Rome, Athens and Malta.

The first few months were quite miserable, but April more than made up for it with some incredible temperatures. Positive Weather Solutions has forecasted June, July and August's average temperatures will exceed those recorded in 1976, which was the country's hottest summer on record. During that year, temperatures went higher than 89.6F (32C) for fifteen days from the end of June through to the early part of July. With Positive Weather Solutions outperforming the Met Office, this seems certain.

The first two weeks of August this year are expected to be hotter than even the hottest temperatures on record in the UK, which is 101.3F (38.5 C) and was recorded in Brogdale, near Faversham, August 10, 2003.

With the higher temperatures appearing so early in the year, many Britons have already begun their sun-seeking ritual and spending a fair bit of time at the beach. Surrey made it to 69.4F on the weekend, but with Brighton Beach at 66F and London at 68F on the weekends, there's no lack of options for beach goers and those looking to get an early start on their tan.

A large portion of the population are no doubt unable to put the time and dedication needed to achieve a swimsuit-ready body with the warm weather fast approaching and may find themselves unable to make the most of the wonderful weather.

In many instances, CosmeticSurgeryGuru found that even men and women who stuck to a rigid routine of diet and exercise are still unhappy with certain areas of their bodies. Healthy living is the best choice for acquiring and maintaining the ideal body shape, but there are non-surgical cosmetic treatments that can enhance the results and help get a summer-perfect body. Complementary treatments like laser hair removal procedures can help problem areas and improve self-esteem.

In a BBC report, experts suggested that 36% of women are already considering surgical procedures to improve their body. In addition, non-surgical methods can remove cellulite, tighten the skin, and physically enhance various areas.
