Realityworks Appoints Studica Ltd. as Distributor-of-Record for United Kingdom and Ireland

Firm's award-winning education technology to be exclusively sold and supported in the United Kingdom and Ireland through new partnership.

EAU CLAIRE, WI, October 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Realityworks, Inc., the leader in education simulation technology, has recently signed an agreement with Studica, Ltd. to become the firm's exclusive distributor of Realityworks programs in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Products that Studica will represent include the world famous "virtual baby" known as RealCare Baby, as well as the firm's Shaken Baby Syndrome Simulator, Pregnancy Simulator and yStart Tobacco Education program.

The RealCare program is used every day in thousands of schools and organizations around the world. The program includes an intensive, comprehensive curriculum in conjunction with computerized infant simulators. These "virtual babies" are most-often utilized in parenting education classes to provide a realistic hands-on experience of caring for a newborn infant. In addition, Studica will also represent Realityworks programs encompassing curricula and infant demonstrators for the prevention of shaken baby syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome and the devastating effects of drug use during pregnancy on newborns.

The ySTART program uses social and behavioral psychology to train young people how to say "no" to tobacco and the peer pressure to smoke. The program starts with an interactive curriculum with more than 15 lessons covering tobacco education. The ySTART program encompasses a hand-held device - the PreventPak - into the program's lessons. The PreventPak electronic simulator immerses young people in a tobacco addiction, and provides them an opportunity to face peer pressure and build and use refusal skills they can use when faced with the choice of smoking tobacco or other substances.

"Realityworks programs including its well-known RealCare 'virtual babies' have already made a significant contribution worldwide in helping students understand the impact of their choices," said Frank Nanfara, President of Studica. "Our goal at Studica is to bring that same learning opportunity for students and educators alike in many more schools across the United Kingdom and Ireland."

"We are thrilled to name Studica as our exclusive distributor for the United Kingdom and Ireland," said Timmothy Boettcher, President of Realityworks, Inc. "Studica is well known for its impeccable customer service and highly professional team members. As partners, we expect to take our programs to a higher level of success in the educational field across the UK."
