Neda M. Schlictman to be Featured in Exclusive Registry

Neda Schlictman has spent 20 years of her career involved in human performance improvement



    CHICAGO, IL, May 6, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Neda M. Schlictman, Chief Learning Officer at Deloitte Services LLP, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education and organizational development.

A human performance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams, Ms. Schlictman has helped improve the capabilities of major organizations across multidisciplinary global services. She started on the road to her current career when she graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne with a bachelor's degree in sociology and political science, and went on to earn a Master of Science in curriculum and instruction from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Ms. Schlictman also holds a Secondary Education Certification in Social Sciences in the states of Illinois and Missouri.

She spent three years as a high school social sciences teacher, but soon realized the importance of education in the corporate environment. She joined Arthur Andersen as in internal learning and change management consultant and remained with this company for nine years, leaving as a Learning Program Director. She was recruited by Sears Holdings LLC, to lead the companies Executive Development Program as part of Sears University. In the eight years Ms. Schlictman spent at Sears Holdings LLC, she advanced her career at Sears Holdings in leading various business learning functions and served as the Vice President of Human Resources.

About two and a half years ago, Ms. Schlictman became a Chief Learning Officer at Deloitte Services LLP and assumed responsibility for creating the talent development agenda of the Tax organization. She manages learning and training development, both formal and informal. Ms. Schlictman's career aspirations include continued focus in the space of Human Performance Improvement, continuing to increase her scope and influence. She aims to hold a Senior Vice President or equivalent Talent positions in the future.

In addition to offering it to others, Ms. Schlictman is an avid learner herself. She holds certifications in change management, Qualified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment, Team Management Index, and is a Certified Zenger Miller Instructor. Furthermore, she belongs to ASTD and SHRM, and was a honorable merit recipient for Training magazine's Vanguard Award. In her personal life, Ms. Schlictman is active with the Family Shelter Service of DuPage County. She is also active in raising her two children.
