4th R Foundation: We are Coming to Washington to Start an 'Occupy a Tiny Spot Across From the White House' to Wake up Washington to the Absolute Need for Introducing a Subject That Educates the Brain

    NEW YORK, NY, February 13, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- From President Obama to all those responsible for fixing the mess in education, they are all caught in their own spin. They dot every 'I' and they cross every 'T'. They keep trying to figure out how to teach math and science better. The education mess has little to do with the teaching of math and science. It has much more to do with the fact that the student is emotionally unprepared to focus on studying math and science. No matter how engaging and wise the math teacher, as the student's brain and mind are busy focused on stuff other than the lesson being taught the results will always be a failure to learn.

It is the mind that is educated in words and it is the brain that is educated through biochemical reactions. The mind hears the words of the teacher and passes the lesson being taught to the brain. The brain in a good 75-80% is already occupied with biochemically processing other thoughts at this very time. As a result depending on the preoccupation of the brain the teacher's lesson is processed by the student's brain with distraction, depending on the level of this preoccupation. It is like the new lesson comes onto the brain/bed but there is already someone else sleeping in it, so there is a physical and emotional struggle to get lodged in. In the ensuing struggle the new lesson gets physically altered and thus the student's understanding is imperfect.

No matter how good the teacher and how well the lesson is taught; if the the brain is distracted the lesson will not sink in fully. The next time the White House has a strategy meeting on education reform they must wake up to the fact that the human brain and mind both need to be educated. We have cutting edge education for the mind while we neglect, miseducate and even ignore educating the brain. An educated brain is far more important as it determines how well the mind will be focused and ready for learning.

It is the brain that projects the mind. It is the brain that determines how focused the mind is on learning. The brain acts physically thinking with biochemical reactions. So when the lesson comes into the brain in words it gets changed into a physical biochemical process. In an ideal situation the word induced biochemical process should take place totally focused on the lesson at hand while putting a stop to any other thought induced biochemical process. But in a distracted brain there is a biochemical process happening that has nothing to do with the lesson being taught and so the mind/brain has a hard time trying to understand the lesson. The student is confused and feels under confident and incapable of learning; which leads to a chain reaction resulting in further emotional consequences which lead to failures to learn.

Our education policy wastes money and time on the wrong and impossible goals. It is like trying to teach a person who has no singing ability to sing. Fortunately in the case of the brain in most cases we can change the brain physically to become emotionally healthy to focus on absorbing knowledge physically.

There are different economic class levels of society. These class levels are determined more by the brain level than the mind level. We at the 4th R Foundation have quantified the mind and brain. Which means we can now measure emotions. We can also objectively measure the economic potential level of the different class levels and our current education policy that neglects brain education has a direct bearing on creating these different economic classes. The lower earning capacity economic classes not only are an economic liability to themselves they are a big drain on the rest of society. It is a direct result of their uneducated and miseducated ignorant brain that results in an emotionally challenged brain that projects an educationally misprepared mind.

Our crime situation is also directly connected to our defective education policies. It is the emotionally challenged brain that generates most of the crimes in society. Our mental health too that leads to divorces, depression, tensions in families, drug addictions, bankruptcies, over spending, keeping up with the Jones', even bloated defense budgets and jingoistic policies are all due to our ignoring and neglecting education of the brain.

We are coming to Washington to wake up our leaders to our step by step proposal of how to teach the brain to free the mind to fully focus on learning math and science etc.
