Operating as an authorized dealer for Acorn Stair Lifts, Ms. Cormier sells and provides installations and services for stair lifts backed by her entrepreneurial spirit, which she discovered while working as a sales representative.

Prior to assuming her current leadership role, Ms. Cormier held media and advertising account manager and sales positions with AT&T and Idearc Media. She was responsible for selling on-line advertising solutions such as directory listings, websites, video ads and SEM portfolios for Yellowpages.com and Superpages.com. Previously, she also founded and served as the president of mobility company New England Stair Lifts, where she was tasked with overseeing all phases of operations for the business.

For almost four years, Ms. Cormier was an accessibility consultant for Whitakers of New England, and her primary objective was to sell 200 stairlifts per year. For six years before that, she was the sales coordinator and project manager for Office Environments of New England, where she skillfully managed large furniture projects for both the educational and business sectors. Successful in all her business endeavors thus far, Ms. Cormier believes her hard work and commitment to providing quality customer service has helped her to become an accomplished entrepreneur.

Ms. Cormier is currently pursuing a master of business administration in entrepreneurial thinking and innovative practices from Bay Path College to complement a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and urban studies from Worcester State College. In 2011, she was awarded the Spirit Award from Bay Path College.

In the future, Ms. Cormier plans to expand her business by networking and consulting with other professionals throughout the United States who share an interest in her field. Away from the demands of running her business, she enjoys spending time with her three children and training for triathlons.
