Q: What does being a Consumer Choice Award Winner mean to you? How did winning the Consumer Choice Award impact your business?

A: Consumers Choice award is a big morale boost for our company. It helps acknowledge all of the hard work that everyone at Life Maid Easy has put forward to get us here.

Q: What makes your business unique in the market?

A: At Life Maid Easy we have a strong focus on being eco-friendly. From the all natural cleaning products that we use down to the hybrid vehicles that we drive. Having a positive impact on our community is huge for us.

Q: What is ONE characteristic that you believe helped you through your career?

A: Planning and being as prepared as possible for obstacles has been key. Fail to plan, plan to fail.

Q: What is the next priority for your business?

A: In 2018 Life Maid Easy sold its first franchise and has now sold its first 4. This has allowed us to better serve our client base in the outskirts of Vancouver. Our focus is on ensuring the ongoing success of our corporate location while fostering the growth of our new franchisees.

Q: Does your company use social media? If so, how had it changed your business?

A: We believe that social media is a great tool to help us engage with our clients. It's a great medium that allows us to communicate special offers, company news as well as helpful cleaning tips and tricks that our clients often seek and appreciate.

Q: What are the "core values" of your organization?

A: Treating our customers like family is a key value of ours. In this day and age, it is easy to forget the value of interpersonal relationships in business. At Life Maid Easy we acknowledge that our clients trust us with their most personal space and we need to treat them accordingly.

Q: How do you keep up with the trends in your industry?

A: Research and product testing is a big part of how we always look to improve customer experience. We are always on the hunt for the latest and greatest cleaning products and technology to ensure our clients are getting the best of the best.
