An experienced arbitrator, Mr. Jordan provides his services solely to the American Arbitration Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).

During his illustrious legal career, Mr. Jordan worked for several firms throughout Saginaw, Michigan and Cleveland, ultimately serving as a partner at Walter and Haverfield in Cleveland for more than 10 years before forming his own business. He began his professional journey as an associate with Ford, Whitney, Crump and Schultz in 1979. Mr. Jordan's expertise included representing both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as clients in court or arbitration proceedings, and specializing in complex commercial and health care matters, contract disputes and business torts in commercial and health care cases.

Lending his expertise to other organizations, Mr. Jordan served as the chairperson of the commercial advisory council for the American Arbitration Association of Northeast Ohio where he was later honored with the Rosewood Gavel for Distinguished Service. He found success as the chairperson of the program planning committee for the American Health Lawyers Association and was active as a member of the peer-reviewed health care and life sciences panel for the CPR. Mr. Jordan served in a variety of roles within his community, including as the president of the Rotary Club of Westlake/Bay Village in Ohio and member of the board of directors of the Rotary Club of Longboat Key. Other commitments to his credit have included roles with the Boy Scouts of America, the Pit and Balcony Community Theatre, the United Way and the Saginaw County Republicans.

An award-winning writer, Mr. Jordan recently released his first novel, "The Company of Demons," through Greenleaf Book Group in 2018. Set in Cleveland, the story details attorney John Coleman's attempts to uncover the facts behind the recent murder of his friend. In 2019, Mr. Jordan's book received a Gold Medal in the popular fiction category from the Florida Book Awards and a Silver Medal at the Royal Palm Literacy Competition in the thriller and suspense category from the Florida Writers Association.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts at Ohio Wesleyan University, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in 1976, Mr. Jordan attained a Doctor of Jurisprudence at the George Washington University in 1979. During his studies, he was accepted as a member of the Law Review. Since graduating, Mr. Jordan has been admitted to practice law by the Ohio and Michigan Bar Associations, the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Aligned with several industry-related organizations, Mr. Jordan has been a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Arbitration Association, the American Bar Association and the Michigan, Ohio and Cleveland State Bar Associations. He has also been active with Mensa and several honorable societies. The recipient of a James J. Hearn Award from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1979, Mr. Jordan was later bestowed with a Presidential Citation Award from the Cleveland Academy of Medicine in 2007. Regularly named to Best Lawyers in America, Ohio Super Lawyers and several other legal publications for his superb legal background, he is also a celebrated Marquis listee who has been featured in the fifth and eighth editions of Who's Who in American Law and the second edition of Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
