Driven to be a voice for the voiceless, Ms. Woldt decided to pursue a career in law. After earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Duncan School of Law at Lincoln Memorial University in 2018, she began as an attorney in private practice. From there, she joined Arivett Law in 2020, where she provides representation to public school districts in the area of education law. Although her career has been filled with highlights, she is especially proud of graduating law school and establishing herself as a successful attorney.
An expert in her field, Ms. Woldt was admitted to practice law through the Tennessee Bar Association and the United States District Courts for District of Tennessee. To remain abreast of changes in the field, she aligns herself with the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Legal Association for Women.
In conjunction with her work in law, Ms. Woldt gives back to her community through the Alzheimer's Association and various homeless organizations in her area. In light of her expertise, she contributed to a book on evidence study aid for law students in 2018, as well as another book on evidence trial for attorneys that is awaiting publication. Within the next five years, Ms. Woldt intends to become a partner with Arivett Law.
