David L. Maxwell Celebrates a Successful Career as an Inventor

    ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, July 05, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David L. Maxwell, Inventor has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Mr. Maxwell began his career as a staff officer at the Pentagon between 1988 and 1993. Notably, he has found success as the chief information officer of Presto Communications from 1998 to 1999, a senior security consultant for Ericsson from 1999 to 2000 and the security specification director at Cable Labs from 2001 until 2002. He subsequently established Maxwell IT Consulting, which he operated from 2002 to 2007. Presently, Mr. Maxwell excels as the owner, president and chief executive officer of Revitae Technologies and the senior vice president of Greener Vi.

Mr. Maxwell obtained a Bachelor of Arts in business and political science from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in 1975. Following this accomplishment, he earned a Master of Science in advanced computer data and communications from the National Cryptologic School in 1983. Mr. Maxwell completed his education in 1986, at which time he graduated with a Master of Arts in computer resources management from Webster University.

Mr. Maxwell served in the U.S. Navy as a Morse code intercept operator and cryptologist communications technician from 1969 to 1972. He continued his service with the U.S. Air Force as a major, a signals intelligence officer and a collection manager for the U.S. Space Command between 1975 and 1993. For his military service in Vietnam, Mr. Maxwell was bestowed with various medals and honors.

After retiring from the military, Mr. Maxwell began to pay close attention to how the world is interconnected. Since then, he has used his enhanced insight to ponder how he can make improvements to inventions that already exist. He is proud to have created sodium vanadium as a replacement for nuclear power. In addition, he is developing a 3-D register, which can handle such quantum-computing issues as superposition and entanglement on x64 laptop computers. In this way, Mr. Maxwell aims to replace existing relational databases while providing a framework for automatic placing and sorting of data in similar data locations.
