Dion Leadership Launches Research-Based e-Learning Course for Managers. Innovative Training Program Designed to Support Organizational Well-Being Initiatives.
NOVI, MI, January 11, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dion Leadership has released a new e-learning course titled Creating Work-Life Alignment: Four Essential Strategies to Help Employees Reduce Work-Life Conflict, Increase Engagement, and Improve Well-Being. Designed for corporate training and organizational well-being initiatives, the course was created for anyone who directly manages people (supervisors, managers, directors, or vice presidents). The goal of the program is to help managers learn about ways they can improve work-life alignment for their employees through four focus areas:
Grounded in nearly three decades of research and empirical evidence gathered by collaborators Dr. Ellen Ernst Kossek (Purdue University) and Dr. Leslie Hammer (Portland State University), this program focuses on the manager behaviors that make a significant difference in employees' work-life alignment.

The six e-learning modules will take learners approximately 90 minutes to complete. Managers will discover how they are the key to decreasing turnover, improving morale, and decreasing absenteeism. The program is also supported with a robust facilitator kit which includes a workshop script and facilitator notes, customizable PowerPoint deck, bibliography of articles detailing the research and findings at the foundation of the program, and a sample action plan. This valuable resource will enable human resource and talent management professionals to integrate the program within their culture and work processes through personalized, organization-specific follow-up sessions.
