The Company is organized in three business lines today.
They partner with NFL and NBA teams including the Cincinnati Bengals, Milwaukee Bucks, Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit Pistons (among others) and provide marketplace solutions for them to sell memorabilia and NFTs.
They have a museum business where we convert physical artifacts into robust digital exhibits with unique content which can be sold as NFTs with the first partner being the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
They issue NFTs directly for athletes through our innovative charter membership NFT program which allows holders of athlete charter member NFTs to participate in the upside of an athlete's career.
WHERE THEY ARE HEADED
I Got It creates 1×1 NFTs for its game-used physical memorabilia (under its Metabilia™ brand) which can be traded seamlessly with enhanced trust, thereby institutionalizing the memorabilia as an asset class deserving of enhanced liquidity. The Company's charter membership NFT programs merges the lanes of investing and NFTs and will have a multiplier effect on market opportunity.
Inbounds on new partnerships are accelerating, and we are looking for like-minded investors that share our vision and can help us execute our growth plan.
I Got It is currently marketing a pre-Series A Round and looking for a Series A Financing. The use of proceeds will be used mainly to execute on the Company's new partnership pipeline and support overall working capital needs.
