For more than a decade, Ms. Files has been representing Burns Scalo Real Estate (BSRE) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as chief financial officer. Working alongside a team of experienced industry leaders, she leads her department by overseeing all financial responsibility of the company. In addition to heading a team of financial accountants, she frequently collaborates with the management, facilities and human resources team, offering guidance when necessary, and serves as the authority when individuals need approvals. Ms. Files is also responsible for all of the current accounting systems that are in place, as well as reporting, controls and filings.

Ms. Files is an alumnus of Point Park University in Pittsburgh where she received a bachelor's degree in accounting in 2004 and a master's degree in business administration and management in 2005.
