Microwave/directed energy weapons attacks are not limited to US diplomats and intelligence agents.
TWENTYNINE PALMS, CA, August 29, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- People Against Covert Torture and Surveillance (PACTS, International) – an organization based in Twentynine Palms, California, formed to assist people targeted by microwave weapons, known as targeted individuals (TI's) – condemns the shooting of four in Butler Township, Ohio. PACTS International views the shooting as a reprehensible act of violence and unacceptable in a civilized society. PACTS International advocates for thousands of American victims of microwave/directed energy weapons, the resulting condition and symptoms of which are known collectively as "Havana Syndrome."
Microwave weapons project radio-frequency (RF) signals that affect the nervous system including in certain ways that affect thoughts, dreams, and various other brain functions known collectively as "mind control." Signals are varied and often difficult to detect. In February, 2020, the Office of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment became aware of the plight of victims of microwave weapons and coined the term "cyber torture" to define the crimes carried out with these weapons. A list of 88 patents is posted on their site.
Microwave/directed energy weapons attacks are not limited to US diplomats and intelligence agents. These dangerous and unseen weapons and their operators have infiltrated the general population, therefore, all are at potential risk of attacks by the perpetrators of this criminal activity.
Dr. James Giordano, one of the leading neuro-scientists for the Department of Defense, has lectured on these weapons, and has said:
"There's the need for increased vigilance, preparedness and understanding that a variety of tools, techniques, technologies and science could be rendered more generally against the public inclusive of those we hold near and dear, children inclusive," and "what has become clear from investigations to date is that current and emerging biotechnologies pose significant risk and threat to public safety and national security."
This month marks the 5th Targeted Individual Day, established to bring attention to the horrific untraceable crimes carried out with through-wall surveillance and electromagnetic weapons. Many hundreds of American victims of domestic Havana Syndrome reported their microwave weapons attacks to the State Department, which did not address our complaints even though they were similar to those of the US diplomats to Cuba and China and other government employees.
The suspect in the crimes in Butler Township, Ohio, has never contacted our organization, and to the best of our knowledge has never contacted any other victims in our community. We unequivocally condemn violence as a means of attaining redress for the crimes being perpetrated against us, and we likewise condemn the labeling of victims of untraceable "less lethal" weapons as "paranoid" or "delusional." Directed energy anti-personnel weapons are intentionally designed to: a) be unseen, b) affect a singled out person c) keep the identities of the perpetrators hidden.
A glimmer of hope is on the horizon for those targeted individuals as public awareness of the biological effects of radio-frequency radiation otherwise known as Havana Syndrome continues to grow.
PACTS, International started in December, 2015 when a group of concerned targeted individuals gathered to continue activism efforts towards our freedom from covert torture and harassment with microwaves and other forms of directed energy, also known as electronic harassment or Havana syndrome.
Electronic harassment consists of organized stalking - when a group of people stalk and harass an individual - and remote electronic assaults with microwaves, lasers, acoustic weapons and other directed energy weapons.
