As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Leveraging more than four decades of experience in the field of medical and mental health care, Mrs. Bright has earned distinction as the founder and chief executive officer of the eponymous Rhonda's Rainbow Family of Dance, a nonprofit community organization that seeks to promote physical fitness and mental health through the medium of dance. Additionally, she contributed as a medical records analyst for Evergreen Behavioral Management Inc. between 2009 and 2011.

Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mrs. Bright, in 2016, she established a food bank and partnered with The Fresh Market of Fayetteville, the market named it the food bank of the year for 3 consecutive years in the program Feeding Across America. In 2015, she began her service as Founder/CEO of T.R.I Wheel Family Motorcycle (an acronym for Teaching and Reaching Individuals) to teach anyone who always wanted to drive a motorcycle, provide trainings on Can Am Spyders, learn about their bike and give veterans and the elderly who always dreamed of riding on a motorcycle.
