Mr. Hardman was previously running Hardman Glazing Systems, Inc. with his father. Where he began as a leadman in 2000 at its founding. Backed by nearly 30 years of experience having started at the age of 10 years old, he has run glazing projects across the country and specialized in pre-con construction, installation, product selection, sub-contracting, staffing, and project oversight. When his father retired, Mr. Hardman created his new entity with a new structure that allowed him to expand on his families' legacy.
In order to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Hardman aligns himself with the National Glass Association. Before embarking on his fulltime professional journey, he earned a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in business administration from the University of Oregon. Due to his outstanding breadth of work, he will be featured in US Glass Magazine in 2023.
His professional achievements include completing the Master Installers Program and is certified with several high-profile window manufacturers from around the world. These projects have won The Sarany Award of Excellence, the AIAEB Exceptional Residence Honor Award, and several AIA honors, merits, and Grand Prize Awards. Additionally, he was featured in Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Though his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in maintaining his family's legacy in the trade and building upon the generational legacy for his children. The cornerstone of his success lay in his unending work ethic and the idea that there is nothing worth doing that's not worth doing right.
