Since 2021, he has been instrumental in expanding these enterprises, leveraging his extensive experience to foster growth and innovation.

Prior to his current ventures, Mr. Cadenhead served as a senior chief engineer at Sooner National Property Management LP from 2015 to 2021. He further honed his expertise in engineering management during his tenure as the director of facility management at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science from 2012 until 2015. This role stands out as a pinnacle in his career, where he played a crucial part in the museum's construction, security protocols and HVAC systems; his contributions extended beyond engineering as he participated in excavating a dinosaur in Southeast Texas.

Between 2007 and 2015, Mr. Cadenhead was an engineering manager at Hillwood. Before this position, he worked as a sales engineer for Johnson Controls from 2006 to 2007. His earlier career included significant roles such as senior chief engineer at Transwestern Commercial Services from 1999 until 2005 and engineering manager at ITT Sheraton between 1995 and 1999. These positions laid the foundation for his expertise in commercial property management and HVAC maintenance.

In addition to completing coursework toward an Associate of Applied Science in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration at Dallas College Eastfield Campus in 1989, Mr. Cadenhead also holds several certifications that have bolstered his professional standing. Among these certifications are accreditations as a Certified Institutional Protection Manager from the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection in 2013 and a Certified Engineering Operations Executive from the American Hotel and Lodging Association in 1996. In addition, he has been a Systems Maintenance Administrator since 1988 and a Systems Maintenance Technician since 1987 from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

Beyond his primary endeavors, Mr. Cadenhead's professional affiliations are extensive and include a long-standing membership with BOMA International for over 30 years. Additionally, he has been involved with the International Facility Management Association since 2012, the U.S. Green Building Council since 2011, and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers. He has also served as the director of membership for the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection since 2013.

Outside his professional life, Mr. Cadenhead is deeply committed to civic engagement. He has volunteered annually with missions in Nicaragua through the International Mission Board since 2012 and contributes to local initiatives with the Historic Granbury Merchants Association and the local chamber of commerce.
