Her tenure at AssuredPartners was notable for her ability to navigate complex mergers and acquisitions, build and maintain client relationships and leverage her extensive knowledge of underwriting to expand into ancillary coverages such as disability and life insurance.

Ms. Fitzgerald's journey in the insurance sector began at Coventry Health Care (now Aetna Inc.), where she initially worked as a receptionist in 2005. Her rapid ascent within the company saw her transition into an account management position after just three months, during which she supported sales staff and honed her skills in underwriting. From 2006 to 2012, she excelled as an account executive, earning accolades such as the Break Out Sales and Top Sales awards for her outstanding performance before moving on to the broker side of the field.

Before venturing onto her occupational path, Ms. Fitzgerald laid her initial academic foundation at Affton High School, where she graduated in 1998. Though she possesses a formal education, much of her vocational knowledge is self-taught, which has enabled her to guide others effectively as well. This drive for understanding has been a cornerstone of her career, allowing her to grasp complex concepts and apply them strategically within the insurance industry.

Happily married and a proud mother of one son in high school, Ms. Fitzgerald enjoys off-roading with her Jeep, rock climbing and camping.
