In 2023, Ms. Banihashemi founded TotMuse, where she serves as a consultant specializing in change management, project management, and SAP SD/PS. Her consulting work under TotMuse underscores her expertise in engineering and her ability to drive organizational change. Prior to establishing her own business, she was a change management manager at the United States Steel Corporation from 2022 to 2023.

Ms. Banihashemi's tenure at GE Grid Solutions, which was then acquired Alstom Grid in 2015, from 2015 to 2022 as a senior project manager was a significant period in her career. During this time, she played a crucial role in overseeing complex projects and implementing innovative solutions, earning her various awards recognizing her contributions. From 2009 to 2022, she held dual roles as a regional IS expert and SAP SD/PS specialist for Alstom Grid and as a finance systems and processes expert for AREVA T&D. Her earlier roles with AREVA T&D include project manager from 2008 to 2009 and project finance controller from 2007 to 2008.

Ms. Banihashemi worked as a contracts engineer for Alstom Grid from 2003 to 2007 after serving as a tendering and marketing engineer at Fulmen Company from 2002 to 2003. She initially entered the professional world as a project coordinator with Fulmen Group from 2001 to 2002. Throughout her career journey, Ms. Banihashemi has been associated with industry-related organizations such as the Change Management Organization. She is a former member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Ms. Banihashemi's educational background laid the foundation for her success. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Islamic Azad University in Iran in 2000 and later pursued a master's degree in business analysis at Villanova University, graduating in 2011. Her academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping her career path and enabling her to excel in various roles. In addition to her degrees, she obtained a certification in change management from Prosci in 2023.

Ms. Banihashemi's most significant achievement was becoming an engineer and moving to the United States. As a woman from Iran, she has overcome many challenges and has come a long way. During her first seven years in the U.S., she trained more than 250 employees, helping them adapt to new systems and technology, and is gratified by seeing them get promoted and succeed.

Ms. Banihashemi's passion for making a positive impact is deeply rooted in the values instilled by her grandfather and her father, who inspired her with their entrepreneurial spirit and belief in doing good for others. This philosophy has guided her throughout her career and personal endeavors. She actively supports charitable initiatives such as those aiding single mothers in Iran and has established a scholarship program through the Da Vinci Workshop and Café to continue her mother's legacy.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Banihashemi enjoys the arts, traveling and spending quality time with her daughter at museums and concerts. Her future aspirations include expanding her reach to inspire more people and provide greater opportunities for children and families through her ventures.
