At PaineWebber, Mr. Pelizzoli successfully restructured fixed-income back-office systems, drastically reducing processing times and saving the company millions annually. He then joined JP Morgan as a senior associate, automating trading applications, followed by a role at Merrill Lynch as a senior architect, where he assisted in developing new technology for the New Era of Networks.

In 1994, Mr. Pelizzoli became the chief architect at New Era of Networks (NEON), where he was awarded a patent for distributed messaging in 1996. Subsequently, he founded Global Integration Technology USA in 2000, serving as the chief executive officer until 2005. Mr. Pelizzoli later joined TIBCO Software Inc. as the chief technological officer for financial services in 2005 and Adaptivity Inc. as the managing director of advanced technology from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Pelizzoli's next career move was to Broadridge, where he enjoyed a tenure from 2011 to 2017 in various roles, including as the senior vice president and global head of architecture and as the chief architect. He also garnered success with Mastercard as the executive vice president and head of enterprise architecture and as the executive vice presidnet and chief operating officer for international real-time payments at Vocalink based in London between 2017 and 2023. Under Mr. Pelizzoli's leadership and tenure, Vocalink's revenue grew from $100 million to $1.1 billion, significantly expanding its market reach.

A graduate of Hofstra University, Mr. Pelizzoli received a bachelor's degree in computer science in 1985. Beyond his professional achievements, he is actively involved in civic organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity and Doctors Without Borders. He also donates to various charities, reflecting his commitment to community service.
