Since 2023, Mr. Singh has served as the chief financial officer of Terra Energy, transforming the company into one of the largest residential solar companies in the United States. To this end, he has been instrumental in creating its value proposition, reducing customers' electricity bills by up to 50% through a subscription model involving no upfront cost over a three-year lease. As part of his routine responsibilities, Mr. Singh also develops and oversees the company's annual budget and long-term financial prospects, maintains the company's strategic growth, and prepares and analyzes financial documents.

With over 25 years of professional experience in finance, Mr. Singh previously worked for Verily Health Platform (formerly Google Life Sciences) at Alphabet Inc. as the chief financial officer from 2022 to 2023, where he was recognized for his pivotal role in changing pricing strategies in commercial finance initiatives. Likewise, he was the vice president of corporate financial planning and analysis at ChenMed from 2020 to 2022 and at Amazon from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in his career, Mr. Singh was the senior director of financial planning and analysis at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from 2018 to 2019 and the director of financial planning and analysis at the Hospital for Special Surgery from 2016 to 2018. Furthermore, he held crucial roles at EY between 2007 and 2016, where he was a senior manager and associate partner in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this appointment, he was a consultant at Siemens Management Consulting between 2004 and 2007 and an investment banking associate at Credit Suisse in 2003.

At the inception of his career, Mr. Singh contributed significantly to GE between 1999 and 2002, earning the company's coveted Corporate Recognition Award. During his tenure, he maintained involvement with a team that implemented large corporate projects, managing financial functions and reinitiating underwriting processes for GE Capital Corporation of Europe following the Concorde crash. In accounting for his longstanding success, Mr. Singh credits the influence and guidance of his many career mentors, including Dr. Dipak Jain, Pat Wilkinson and Dr. Ashish Garg, as well as his parents' encouragement and emphasis placed on higher education.

As a testament to his success, Mr. Singh was named a Top CFO in Miami in 2024 and accepted numerous accolades from his prior employers, including GE and Siemens. To prepare for his career, he received a mechanical engineering degree from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology in India in 1998. Subsequently, he earned a Master of Business Administration in strategy, finance, marketing, analytical consulting and decision sciences from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2004.
