His tenure at Gowan was marked by significant improvements to the company's operational performance and cost management.

Mr. Kuhn's remarkable tenure at Syngenta spanned over three decades, where he held several key positions while gaining invaluable international experience. As the head of vegetable seeds for Asia Pacific from 2018 to 2019, he successfully led a major turnaround project that involved separating the seeds and crop protection businesses to establish an independent vegetable seed division. This initiative resulted in substantial growth and increased market share for the company.

From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Kuhn was the global head of supply at Syngenta, where he managed the global supply chain for crop protection and seeds. His earlier position as the global supply chain head of vegetables from 2005 to 2010 involved collaboration with teams in France and the Netherlands to optimize supply chain operations. Before these roles, he was the supply chain operations manager for Latin America from 2000 to 2005, following his initial years as a production manager and plant engineer in Houston, Texas, from 1988 to 2000. Also passionate about mentoring others, he garnered a glowing reputation for his approachability, practical solutions and willingness to help anyone who asked.

Before venturing onto his agricultural path, Mr. Kuhn's academic foundation is rooted in a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, which he earned in 1986. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Kuhn is actively involved with the International Seed Federation and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, reflecting his commitment to both industry advancement and community service.
