Ms. Bruno's career is a testament to her dedication and expertise in communications, with a professional journey spanning more than 20 years. Currently, she serves as a mid-market account executive at T-Mobile, a role she has held since 2023. In this capacity, she is responsible for making phone calls, meeting with customers, presenting products and services, guiding clients through the implementation process and following up after sales. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and her ability to build strong relationships have been instrumental in her success. Prior to her current position, she was an SMB account executive at T-Mobile from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining T-Mobile, Ms. Bruno was an enterprise inside sales account executive at Bridgestone-Azuga Inc. from 2018 to 2022 and a sales account executive at FedEx Truckload Brokerage from 2014 to 2016. Her experience at FedEx was preceded by her three-year stint as a business consultant for Shulan's Jewelers and her three-year stint as a sales account manager at InfoCision Management Corporation from 2013 to 2014.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Bruno held several positions in sales at Time Warner Cable, GateHouse Media and Screenvision Direct. She is particularly proud of her tenure at Screenvision Direct from 2001 to 2009, where she oversaw operations across 11 states and transformed a struggling division into the top-performing one in the nation.

Ms. Bruno's educational background includes a high school diploma and several certifications that have enhanced her professional capabilities. These include an emergency medical technician ambulatory certification, a Great Plains accounting certification, a Cisco certified designation, a Novell certified credential and a Microsoft certified status.

Beyond her professional life, Ms. Bruno has made significant contributions through volunteering and community involvement. She toured with the Eurythmics as their public relations representative in 1986. While working for Time Warner Cable as an account executive for Road Runner (fiber optic sales) in the 90's, she was the character, Bugs Bunny. She conducted the Akron Symphony Orchestra with Alan Balter as their maestro for six consecutive years. Ms. Bruno was twice tapped as Bugs Bunny to throw out the first pitch at the Akron Aero Stadium for Time Warner evening. Her volunteer work with Time Warner earned her a nomination for the Andrew Heiskell award for her efforts. She volunteered for WCRS (Akron visually impaired reading radio station) for nine years. She provided play-by-play commentary for the World Series of Beep baseball, the baseball league for the visually impaired worldwide. Additionally, she participated in five world national softball tournaments. In high school, she achieved 10 letters for her athleticism.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Bruno attributes her success to the influence of her mother, Barbara Sr., who always said that she could do anything she put her heart and mind to, and her drive to excel in every organization she has been part of. Her mantra of "good, better, best; never let it rest until your good is better and your better is best" reflects her relentless pursuit of improvement and excellence. She also credits many of her mentors, family, and friends who encouraged and supported her.

In the upcoming years, Ms. Bruno plans to remain focused on being the best at what she does and maintaining a position in the top percentage of any organization she joins. Her commitment to excellence is paramount as she aims to represent herself as the best and provide high-quality work consistently.
