Prior to his current role, Mr. Hewitt served as district sales manager at CTS Cement Manufacturing Corporation from 2015 to 2017. In this capacity, he expanded his sales territory to New Jersey and Delaware and later managed a newly developed market in North Carolina. In 2015, he was promoted from sales representative after quickly excelling in product sales, leveraging hands-on knowledge gained in earlier roles.

Mr. Hewitt's educational background includes coursework at Camden County College. He has also earned certifications that have bolstered his expertise in technology consulting and full-stack engineering. These include technical certifications in React, modern JavaScript, and advanced CSS, which support his hands-on role in full-stack architecture.

He attributes much of his success to his father's entrepreneurial influence, his mother's hard work and grit, and the guidance of his uncle, Edmund Young, a sales executive and mentor. His wife, Alyson Hewitt, played a pivotal role in YohDev's foundation, initially spearheading web design efforts that laid the groundwork for early client projects and enabled Mr. Hewitt to focus fully on development and building the company's technical core.

Mr. Hewitt's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in his ongoing support for early-stage tech startups, where he provides mentorship and sponsorship to help new founders overcome challenges and bring their ideas to life. His own experiences—from facing financial hardship to leading successful client projects—have shaped his commitment to delivering on promises and creating meaningful results.

Outside of work, Mr. Hewitt enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, serving in his community, and playing guitar.
